gift ideas- for those who love to cook

October 24, 2016 | 0 Comments

We will be presenting a collection of gift ideas each Monday from now until the holidays. It is now the season for dinner parties and Thanksgiving planning so in thinking of this time of year, we have put together some ideas of gifts for the hostess ~ or those who like to cook. We think giving a cookbook as a gift is giving inspiration- and there is nothing better than that! There are also some great cloths, towels and napkins that help refresh our workspaces and make pretty tables. We'll go down the list in order of pictures- 1., 2., 3. -  Far Afield Rare food encounters from around the world - a stunning book giving an inside look at many places across the globe, and stories of people sharing their lives and recipes. Shown also are some beautiful towels for the bath or kitchen. 4. - A beautiful antique platter holding 3 waffle weave cloths - these come in white with blue plaid, white with red plaid and turquoise with red plaid. 5. - Monza at Home, Sirocco, and Soframiz -  along with a Blue Willow tea cup and saucer. 6. - Tacos and navy and white plaid napkins. 7., 8. - Hartwood - Bright, Wild Flavors From the Edge of the Yucatán - recipes from this amazing restaurant in Tulum, Mexico- by Eric Werner and Mya Henry. 9. - A set of handy kitchen knives- made in France along with a Blue Willow cup and saucer and a Fog Linen kitchen cloth. 10. - Seven Spoons and French Country Cooking - both wonderful books with great recipes and beautiful photography. Also shown are napkin sets. 11. - John Derian glass coasters with different images and Fog Linen kitchen cloths. 12. - A New Way to Dinner (Food 52), Modern Potluck and Savor. We hope you enjoy these gift ideas- we've had many people asking in the shop for something like this, so we thought it would be fun to do. As always, if you have any questions about anything shown, please feel free to contact us- bonboutique@gmail.com, 520-795-2272.
