A day in the desert with Heather and Molly. One of the most wonderful things about living in Tucson is the proximity to nature. Fifteen minutes away from downtown puts us in the thick of the desert... it is something we don't take for granted. We hopped out there to take these photos and enjoyed every second of being with each other and photographing a small taste of what we have and what is coming for Spring. Shown in the photos above are textiles - table cloths, throws, bandannas and some of the pieces we are making for our own small collection. <3

We just added this beautiful skirt by Gallego Desportes to our wardrobe section online. This is the most flattering skirt - the elastic waistband combined with the pleats creates a very flattering fit on the waist. That combined with the mid-calf length (it is 29" long) gives this skirt a beautiful fit on the body. It is made of a substantial navy blue cotton gabardine which gives it a great shape. We would wear this with a tee or sweater - it's an easy piece to wear a lot of different ways.

Beautiful friends of ours - Heather and Molly. We are so lucky for their spirit, support and presence. Our shop would not be the same without their willingness and excitement for hopping in the car and running out to take some photos. We headed out to the desert the other day to capture a spectacular cloud speckled sky and some new pieces that are arriving at the shop for Spring. We will share more over the next couple of days :)
