Ruffle Collar Dress

Our ruffle collar dress has been added to our online shop <3 This is made of a lightweight cotton with lots of great texture. It is fitted in the shoulders and arms with a generous amount of room in the body. It is a great dress to wear in the warmer months because of the lightness of the fabric.
