A beautiful new batch of pieces by Fog Linen has just arrived at the shop. Shown above are two different lightweight linen overcoats. We love this style for the warmer months because they are the perfect light layer to throw on in the evening or while traveling (thinking of chilly airplanes). We love these natural linen pieces worn with white... our Out of Africa inclinations always first and foremost on the mind this time of year! We show the lighter stone colored linen coat with the Pip Squeak gathered dress and the darker natural linen overcoat with the tuxedo shirt and a white Bon skirt. A few things from our gardening section :) It is so beautiful out right now, we just want to be outside planting! It is a treat though, to come to work each day and see new cacti blooming. It's a gift every morning! We have a big variety of potted cacti right now... and a big selection of pots <3
Beautiful new pieces from Astier de Villatte have arrived! We love the elegance of all these shapes and sizes- with their simplicity, and with the feeling of the handmade. Astier de Villatte ceramics are made of a black earthenware, covered in porcelain. This gives them a depth of color and a beautiful feel in the hand. We have everything from serving pieces to dishes, cups, vases, candlesticks and pitchers.
The desert is so beautiful right now with all the incredible palo verde trees in full sunshine yellow bloom, and all the combinations of colors on the cacti. We love to keep our shop full of potted blooming cacti this time of year. We pot them in these gorgeous pots from Italy- they are so lovely with their scalloped edge. We recently spent a day potting a new batch of beauties- we love their shapes and colors. Come for a visit and see the blooms! They're incredible :)
