fall party and sal del mar tasting
Many of you have seen Sal Del Mar in our store- we love this gourmet sea salt and have had it available at bon for quite a while now. Our friend Claudia Karafotos started this sweet, small company after she discovered the way sea salt was harvested from the Sea of Cortez using ancestral methods. She then met a group of women in the village of Sabinito who were interested in embroidering the bags Claudia envisioned for the salt. It all came together like it was meant to be. We think it is a wonderful salt, and we adore the packaging…. it makes the perfect gift! Please join us on Friday, October 24, 6 to 8 pm for tastes and drinks- it's going to be a fun evening!!
