Chloe wears above our Bon Ginny Dress in navy polkadot. We love this for Fall because it's easy to layer. This fabrication has a substantial weight - it holds its shape and has a bit of volume. The polkadots are created with the weave of the fabric and are outlined with texture. This cotton is fantastic!
